1945 December - Head Office established in Osaka (Asahi Building, Nakanoshima, Kita-ku), Office established in Tokyo (Asahi Building, Ginza, Chuo-ku), Kitano Factory established in Osaka (Oyodo-ku), and design, manufacture, and installation of various cooling devices begun

  July - Approval of U.S. Coast Guard model from the U.S. Coast Guard regarding the ship sewage treatment units obtained

1987 April - Joint corporation “Nissin Stall” with “Stall” of Sweden established and design, manufacture, and installation of freezing/refrigerating systems for carriers started
    - Distributor agreement for compressors concluded with “Howden Compressors” of the U.K.
     
1989 January - Numazu Branch Office established in Numazu City (Shizuoka Prefecture) (Abolished in July 1995)
     
1991 January - “Nissin Stall“ renamed as “Nissin Flectstall”

2005 January - Settsu Factory closed and production put together in the Mikuni Factory (Site rent to Mitsui & Co., Ltd.)
     
2007 September - Tokyo Office relocated to Ota-ku (Tokyo)
     
2008 March - Katsuura Site Office established in Katsuura City (Chiba Prefecture)
  December - Site for business purchased in Aizome-cho, Shimizu-ku (Shizuoka City)
    - Rental apartment for single people constructed in Ibaraki City (Osaka Prefecture) (site for previous company-owned house)
     
2009 March - Chubu Office relocated in Aizome-cho, Shimizu-ku (Shizuoka City) (Former Chubu Office in Miho, Shimizu-ku closed)
     
2011 March - Mikuni Factory buildings completely renovated
